Ms. Patton brings over 20 years of experience as a geologist and site investigator on numerous sites in the western United States and has expertise in project management of site portfolios ranging from one to 600-plus site locations.  She has project management expertise including project/site tracking database design and management, client and regulatory liaison, report preparation and review, and project budgeting and forecasting.  In addition, Ms. Patton’s field experience includes design, implementation, and monitoring of storm water management systems; drilling, sampling, installation, and monitoring of soil ventilation and groundwater monitoring systems across the western United States; and operation and maintenance of soil and groundwater remediation systems.  She has had considerable project experience performing site investigations for underground storage tanks and performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).


Mr. Patton brings over 30 years of experience with environmental issues to Asset Environmental Services.  Mr. Patton’s responsibilities have included overseeing, scheduling, staffing, and management of environmental evaluations on projects ranging from Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) on vacant parcels to regulatory compliance audits of operating surface and underground mines.  He has managed thousands of studies including soil and groundwater sampling, storm water management, lead-based paint surveys, underground storage tank removals, remedial action plans, and property transfer site assessments.  Mr. Patton has prepared findings and presented testimony before local, state, and Federal agencies relating to Land Use Plans and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS); held public hearings and acted as media liaison for large complex projects; and has managed project teams consisting of as many as 54 staff members with project budgets in excess of $100,000,000.


Ms. Lane has more than 14 years of experience in natural resource studies and consulting services.  She has conducted clearance surveys for species of concern on hundreds of acres in Sublette and Lincoln Counties, Wyoming and has provided habitat assessments, fish and wildlife monitoring, and compliance assistance on projects throughout the Western United States.  She has particular expertise in GIS Mapping and data collection and is proficient in the use of highly accurate Geographic Positioning Systems, and their associated data processing, data management, and computer mapping software.


Mr. Capitelli brings over 25 years of experience in general construction to Asset Environmental Services.  He has been responsible for bidding, project management field supervision, and billing.  Mr. Capitelli's experience includes managing large construction projects including tenant improvements, structural and pre-engineered steel building construction, and complete general contracting with projects ranging from $50,000 to $3,500,000.  Most projects ranged from 70,000 to 160,000 square feet.  Facilities included mini-storages, gas stations, golf maintenance and clubhouse, and auto body repair facilities.


Mr. Patton has recently returned to Asset Environmental Services after a 14 year hiatus. He originally started working at Asset Environmental Services in 1994 overseeing the drafting and mapping functions of the company.  He also worked in the field doing Phase 1 site assessments and groundwater sampling. In 1998, Mr. Patton left the environmental field to pursue other interests including a higher education in business, finance, and accounting.  In 2005, he graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelors degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate Financial Services and a degree in Accounting.  In December 2011, Mr. Patton returned to Asset to assume responsibility for the financial and human resource aspects of the company.
